Thursday, July 13th, 5:30 – 8:30 pm: Tasting Event with Rachel Alexandrou at the Smith Center
Join local expert Rachel Alexandrou for a walk-through of Wolfe’s Neck Center’s property to learn more about the forgeable feast available to us on this beautiful landscape. Immediately following, Rachel will utilize the commercial teaching kitchen in the Smith Center to showcase cooking techniques, with a tasting to follow. Tickets are $65 per person.
This is a Tasting, which means light bites, will be served along with a hands-on learning opportunity with local producers and experts.
