Thursday, August 24th, 6-9 pm: Specialty Dinner with Josh Berry at the Smith Center
Chef Josh’s lifelong connection to local food, seasonality, farmers and fishermen leads him to create an equally unique & accessible food style that is an authentic ode to his native Maine. He worked in kitchens from Europe and throughout the US, most recently landing in Portland, where he was awarded Maine’s Chef of the Year and was invited to cook at the prestigious James Beard House in NYC. Josh will be preparing a seasonal feast in the height of the growing season, with a twist. Tickets are $200 per person.
This is a Specialty event, which is a smaller-scale dinner that provides a deeper connection to food, farming, and the excellent chefs and producers we have here in Maine.
