As Managing Director of Operations, Laragh leads a team that provides strategic and operational leadership across Wolfe’s Neck Center’s core functions, including people and culture, information technology, administrative systems, and farm and stewardship operations. Laragh is an experienced non-profit leader committed to developing staff capacities, building collaborative work cultures and creating strong operational processes to support organizational growth and transformation.
Before Wolfe’s Neck Center, Laragh served as Executive Director of Ketcha Outdoors in Scarborough, Maine and served for 15 years as a Director at the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) in Portland, Maine. She holds a B.A. in Human Development and Ecopsychology from Prescott College, is a Cumberland County Master Gardener Volunteer and an experienced outdoor educator. While she grew up in Maine, she loves to travel and lived abroad in India and Ghana for two years. She now lives in South Portland, Maine with her husband and two children. [email protected]
