Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship

The Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship offered in partnership with the Dairy Grazing Alliance is a nationally recognized, hands-on, earn-while-you-learn program to train the next generation of pasture-based dairy farmers. Through a combination of on-farm experience and structured education, Apprentices work alongside skills graziers to build their knowledge and confidence needed to manage successful dairy operations. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your skills, the program offers a clear pathway into grazing dairying—grounded in animal care, land stewardship and farm business management.

By connecting Apprentices with experienced Mentors, the Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship helps grow a resilient, sustainable future for dairy farming.
