The Smith Center for Education & Research

Looking for a unique Maine events space? The Smith Center at Wolfe’s Neck Center offers a stunning indoor and outdoor venue for conferences, meetings, celebrations, and more. Completed in 2023, this versatile venue rental features three rooms accommodating groups from 5 to 125. Set in the heart of our working farm, guests can enjoy access to hiking trails, gardens, animal barns, and beautiful coastal views—all just steps from the event.

Little River Farmhouse Event Tent

Enjoy the beauty of the surrounding land and the charm of the farm when you rent the Little River Farmhouse Event Tent. Perfect for gatherings of up to 60 guests, it’s available on weekends from June through August 2025. It’s a great spot for family picnics, company cookouts, and casual celebrations. Enjoy open space for lawn games and easy access to our barns, gardens, trails, and shoreline.

Rental Includes:

  • 16 picnic tables
  • Patio lights under tent
  • Access to electricity 
  • Use of bathrooms inside adjacent Farmhouse & Smith Center

Rates: 

  • $500 per 6-hour rental
    • $50 per additional hour
  • $250 per 2-hour rental for children’s birthday party
