The Wolfe’s Neck Center Northeast Farmers Fund is designed to catalyze adoption of regenerative agricultural practices by local farms and producers. Through generous contributions from food companies and retailers, philanthropic gifts and grant funding, the program provides direct support for practices and infrastructure that preserve local farms, strengthen regional food systems and build resilience to climate impacts.
How does it work? Wolfe’s Neck Center provides the technical assistance and funding necessary to plan and execute conservation projects. Grant amounts are based on project scale and complexity.
