Northeast Farmers Fund

The Wolfe’s Neck Center Northeast Farmers Fund is designed to support  adoption of regenerative agricultural practices by local producers. Through generous contributions from food companies and retailers, philanthropic gifts and grant funding, the program provides direct assistance for practices and infrastructure that preserve local farms, strengthen regional food systems and build resilience to climate impacts.

As additional funding opportunities for the Northeast Farmers Fund become available, we anticipate opening applications in April of 2026. These funds are intended to support qualified farms through a combination of financial and technical assistance. Funding areas will include support for regenerative practice implementation and projects that expand producers’ market access. To learn more about eligibility and how your farm may benefit, please complete the form below. Our team will be in touch with additional details and next steps once applications are live.

We are always excited to collaborate with other organizations, food companies and retailers, to expand the impact of the Northeast Farmers Fund. If you are an organization or company interested in exploring potential opportunities, send us an email.
