Farmers Make a Frittata

Caitlin, Corinne, and Tierney are the three apprentices currently training in our two-year organic dairy program. When they’re not busy with farm chores, they’re usually at the Banter House, the shared home where they live on-site, and use the space to unwind after a hard day’s work and often an early start to the day.

One way they unwind is by cooking, using simple recipes and food from the farm when possible. With a temporary surplus in eggs since the Farm Store closed for the season, this has meant “a lotta frittata”!
