  1. Given the limited amount of tickets to the Specialty and Tasting events, please only purchase two tickets to these events.

From the talented team at The Salt Yard at Canopy, we bring you our first-ever brunch! Sip a cocktail, enjoy a perfectly laminated pastry with Wolfe’s Neck Center butter, and enjoy farm-fresh egg dishes with views of our pastures. Tickets are $100 per person.

This is a Signature event, which means this event is similar to the events we have held previously as part of the series. A great opportunity for our whole community to gather and enjoy good food and each other’s company!

This is a Specialty event, which is a smaller-scale dinner that provides a deeper connection to food, farming, and the excellent chefs and producers we have here in Maine.

Explore the wonderfully dynamic and diverse world of wines with experts from Devenish Wines. This event will include a tasty array of natural wines and will discuss the importance of growing grapes sustainably. Tickets are $65 per person.

This is a Tasting, which means light bites, will be served along with a hands-on learning opportunity with local producers and experts.

Wednesday, November 1st, 5:30-8:30 pm: Specialty Dinner with Chris Toy at the Smith Center

Take a trip around the globe as we explore Chinese cuisine through a hot pot dinner. Educator, author, and chef, Chris Toy will lead a hands-on demonstration on how this meal is prepared and shared with friends. The event will also include mushrooms and a brief presentation from Freeport’s own, Tripping Gnome Farm. Tickets are $175 per person.

Join us for a feast of French & Spanish flavors brought to you by the one and only, Chaval. This meal will celebrate the autumnal harvest and feature protein and produce from Wolfe’s Neck Center. Enjoy this cozy and elegant affair with beverages from Maine Beer Co., Devenish Wines, and New England Distilling. Tickets are $150 per person.
